Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all lash sales are final.

For the safety and protection of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on lashes once they have been opened, worn or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • Sale items, promotional purchases, and discounted items are final sale.
